 Lanikeha’s
owners will find that their community has been designed to foster a genuine
feeling of warmth and unity of a small village. Parcels will be connnected
by roads and walkways and will lead to a lively Recreational Park Facility
that will become the heart of Lanikeha. In earlier Hawaiian times, families
built small villages along the streams that brought them life. These streams

 The private Recreational Park Facility will be situated on over one and a
half acres of tropically landscaped grounds and will feature a Club House
for the exclusive use of Lanikeha lot owners, occupants and their guests.
This proposed facility will boast generous amenities such as a gracious lobby,
welcoming lounge, game room and kitchen facilities. A shaded central courtyard
with a swimming pool, fitness and pool pavilions, waterfall and hydro-spa
also await the pleasure of those that choose to call Lanikeha home.
Initial lot owners may also be given the opportunity to participate in the
Lanikeha Owners Program which provides special
access to facilities at the Spa Moana, Fitness Center and Tennis Club at the
Hyatt Regency Maui (located 3.5 miles from Lanikeha), Ka‘anapali Golf
Course (located 2.8 miles from Lanikeha) and the Maui Arts and Cultural Center
